Notifications and inbox

Review operational notices and distinguish a historical event from a current error.

Reviewed October 23, 2026 · Customer guide

Steps

  1. Open the bell in the header and review unread notices.
  2. Open the inbox to read full messages. Mark the messages you have reviewed as read.
  3. If a notice requires action, check the area it mentions before dismissing the message.

Credential created or revoked

Created means an integration key was issued. Revoked means that specific key can no longer authorize operations. This does not, by itself, mean your account was canceled or all your integrations are disconnected. Check the affected integration’s name, date and status.

Unrecognized activity

If you do not recognize an operation, request a review of the audit trail and the associated credential. Do not paste keys into support chat. Marking a notification as read does not reactivate a credential or fix a connection failure.

How to verify it worked

The counter decreases when you mark notices as read; the integration’s actual status must be checked separately.
