Manage access without sharing one account across the entire team.

Steps
- Open My account and find the team management options available for your business.
- Invite each colleague using their own email and the minimum permissions they need.
- To revoke access, remove or deactivate the member and verify that they can no longer operate the account.
Separate scopes
A business may have more than one store or website. The selector at the top changes your working context: check it before saving, connecting or importing. Access to one store does not authorize access to another business’s stores.
Permissions
The owner manages the account and delegates access. Global administration controls belong exclusively to NegocioLibre. Some read-only actions are available to analysts, but saving settings requires higher permissions. If a button is unavailable, ask the owner to review your permissions; do not share their credentials.
How to verify it worked
A member without editing permission should not be able to change a setting even if they know its URL.
