Conversions, carts and attributed revenue

Understand what the funnel demonstrates and what it does not demonstrate.

Reviewed October 23, 2026 · Customer guide

Steps

  1. Check that the connector records completed orders and that the events belong to the store.
  2. Review the search → click → cart → purchase sequence within the period.
  3. Compare sample orders with WooCommerce and separate coins.
  4. If there are missing events, review the integration before interpreting a trade drop.

Attribution, not causation

A purchase linked to a session does not prove that the search engine caused that sale or that the entire amount is incremental income. Sessions are not artificially joined between people or devices.

Limits

Blockers, consent, navigation, and out-of-stream carts can prevent links. The coins do not add to each other. Order lines and their taxes or shipping have different scopes; Review the report labels. Don’t invent retrospective attribution for orders without data.

How to verify it worked

A sample purchase has a verifiable sequence and the report does not mix currencies or foreign orders.
